Name: The L.U.V. L.I.F.E. Cooperative

Goal: An investment of $500 to aid my quest to begin the end of homelessness. 

Return: Triple return on or before 90 days from the date of deposit. 

Note: The idea for investors and a return is based on the parable of the talents in Matthew 25.

The parable of the talents has been interpreted in many ways, across many religions. The way it was recently revealed to me is that there are only two things that can be invested: time and money. 

In my case, my time has been invested in poverty to receive guidance and direction no one else has. Now I know there will be those who are interested in investing in what I'm doing so I can invest in what others are doing that they might not be aware of.

Now for a little Q & A

Q: What’s the money for?

A: To Launch Our Premier Endeavor: The L.U.V. L.I.F.E. Cooperative

Mission: Motivated by Love, compassion and mercy to break boundaries, create community and invest in people based on the parable of the Exceptional Samaritan in Luke 10

* This is an investment with a community return. The funds will be used to purchase domain names and a membership website through Brilliant Directories.

*The site will have the express purpose of connecting people in need with people who can meet those needs. People will be able to set up an account and post what their needs are. Other people will be able to set up an account and post needs they can meet or look over posted needs to fulfill them.

*It will also include a section where people can donate to the Million Dollar Dollar Campaign to create affordable housing, partnering with H.O.P.E.-Housing Our People Everywhere a 501 (c) 3.

*Once $1 million has been attained, the site will invite investors to contribute to the growth of L.U.V. Enterprises, the business, expecting a double return based on the parable of the talents in the New Testament, Matthew 25. The main objective of the money will be to purchase land to build new homes and purchase other properties for renovation.

*The overall objective is to enroll people in PAID 2 Parent, an initiative of The L.U.V. L.I.F.E. Cooperative, bringing pleasure, appreciation, intelligence and dignity back to parenting by offering parents and non-parents alike the opportunity to live the life of their dreams by participating in parenting classes and family activities with cash incentives. 

*As the membership in The Cooperative blossoms, locations across the nation will be opened where people can meet and gather and enjoy one another.

Q: Why Cash App? 

A: Several reasons… 

1. The Main Reason: It has the lowest collection fees. Since my account is set up for business I am only charged a small percentage where other platforms charge a percentage plus an additional transaction fee. 

2. It’s such a small amount of money I’m looking to collect that it doesn’t make sense to use other services (based on their fees that is).

3. I won’t have a challenge paying the returns. I can pay out the same way I received them.

4. The money is received instantly.
